1-Main Features

a.This sealing machine has very precise temperature control system, which can set the temperature by rotatable temperature button.

b. The rotatable button should be set on 1/3 when using asepsis packing material

c. First rotate the rotatable button in a counterclockwise direction to reduce the temperature, then in clockwise direction to increase the temperature until the quality of sealing reach the requirement. This setting is suitable for the same material.

d. This sealing machine can keep constantly quality of sealing with transparent sterilizing material throughout.

e. Tubular shape chaff material is not allowed to use for that is very easy to stick to the stem sealing.

3-Operation:

a. Connect the power cord to the socket which is on the back side of the sealer, check if the voltage of your equipment matches the voltage of the local electrical network.

b. Turn on the power switch on sealer's back side, during preheating, the indicator is light up (whole preheating around 2~3minutes), when the indicator is light off, the sealer will be ready for use.

c. Insert the rolls on the tube with the roll coming from above, clamp roll dispenser from two sides of roll.

d. Pull the roll to the desired length and lower the sealing handle (waiting for seconds).

e. Slide the cutting handle to cut the roll to make the bag.

f. Lift up the sealing handle. Pull out the pouch. The device is ready for the next sealing. Operation without having to wait for it to cool.
